'Aiera increased bookings by X%'
Media spend rose in the same window and two new projects launched. Speed and answer rate are clean; booking attribution is not.
'AI replaced advisors'
It did not. Eleven advisors still handle every deal past qualification, and twenty-two per cent of Aiera conversations escalate by design.
'This will work in any city'
Nine cities, two of which carry the result. Nothing here proves portability to a market where India Realty holds no inventory or brand.
'Buyers cannot tell it is AI'
They can, they are told, and it does not appear to hurt. Do not build a claim on deception that we are not practising.
'The projection is a forecast'
Forward absorption is an extrapolation of ninety days. It is not underwritten and should never appear in a financial plan unqualified.
'NPS +52 means owners are happy'
It means responding owners are happy. Two hundred and eighty-four responses out of four hundred and twelve owners is a selection effect, not a census.
