How the pilot ran
Baseline
Four weeks of pre-pilot data captured before anything was switched on.
Instrumentation
Every enquiry, call and handoff timestamped into one store with a single lead identifier.
Rollout by city
Gurugram first, then Mumbai and Pune, then the rest. No big-bang launch.
Read-out
Ninety days, measured against the baseline on the same definitions.
What this pilot does not prove
Causation is partial
Media spend rose in the same window. Speed-to-contact and answer rate are clean reads; booking volume is not.
Ninety days is shorter than the buying cycle
The median cycle is thirty-eight days from qualification, but the full consideration period for a ₹1.5 Cr home is months. Late-cohort buyers are still open.
Nine cities is not national coverage
The map shows demand in cities where India Realty holds no inventory. That is a gap, not a footprint.
Self-reported satisfaction has a ceiling
NPS of +52 comes from owners who answered. Silent owners are, on the evidence of every survey ever run, less happy than that.

Window
Rolling 90 days of the India Realty pilot, refreshed nightly at 02:00 IST.
Sources
Aiera call logs, WhatsApp Business API, CRM stages, Meta and portal spend exports.
Joins
Every number is joined to a booking where one exists, not to leads, so cost lines stay comparable.
Limits
Ninety days is short for a ₹1.5 Cr purchase. Late-window cohorts are still open, so treat conversion as a floor.
